In June 2011, MOU was signed by both of KBI Group in Germany and our company for the establishment of independent Joint Venture Company in Korea covering Asian region and transferring the technology and know-how of HTCW in full scale to JV.
Within the year of 2011, the process for JV establishment and tech-transferring will begin. JV was named temporally as WES (Waste to Energy Solution) KOREA but could be other than KOREA pursuing WES.
