On November 4, Mr. Johann Kellerer, Chairman of German KBI Group and our CEO, Mr. Junkwang Choi signed on the contract for the establishment of JV “WES JK” to build and operate HTCW-Plants in Asia/Pacific region and the exclusive patent license with tech-transferring for the patent of HTCW Plant technology.
WES JK, under incorporation as of now, is a principal engineering company eligible to build and operate HTCW-Plants in Asia region and Pacific Islands. It has completed all preparations for major professional works such as development of waste-to-energy plant technology through the gasification and melting process based on HTCW-Plant technology, integration with relevant technologies and accomplishment of multirole technology for waste treatment plant.
With this, we have all self-capability in our hand to 100% fully localize the multifunctional technical power which is not competed by existing other technologies, develop new technology upon continuous research based on it, and build, operate and manage the integrated waste treatment plant able to dispose all kind waste simultaneously such as any biomass, MSW, industrial, toxic and other specified waste including medical waste, and produce renewable energy, electricity and heat, through it.
As the principal company with green technology of gasification and melting treatment of waste, responsible for all engineering works related to HTCW-Plant in Asia/Pacific region, WES JK will contribute its great efforts to provide the integrated solution against the waste treatment business having a lot of limitation by the type of waste which our company has been facing in marketing and developing project in domestic and oversea market.
