Our company had entered into the contract concerned about technology transferring and Engineering Joint Venture for the best Dutch Biomass treatment Solution, IATS, with OHBE(Oosterhof Holman Bio Energy), the subsidiary company of Oosterhof Holman Group in Netherlands, on Nov. 11 2011, in order for us to be the patentee of the core technologies related to IATS in Korea and Asia region.
The core technologies for Biomass treatment will be applied for the patent in Korea prior to the worldwide, include a plenty of know-how and perfect controlling technologies to not only perform Biomass treatment successfully but also get maximum rate of Biogas obtainment trough it.
This contract was signed by Mr. Choi, CEO of HGE KOREA and Mr. Beerda, CEO of Oosterhof Holman upon the mutual agreement previously made by between HGE KOREA and Oosterhof Holman.
IATS Biomass treatment facility solution able to be finally localized in Korea based on the consequence of the close relationship with Oosterhof Holman for several years, has well experienced know-how and data related to treatment of various types of Biomass and operating and management of the full scale facilities on over 70 sites in the Netherlands. It includes a lot of essential data allows to bring installments of IATS to Korean market properly.
In accordance with this contract, HGE KOREA and Oosterhof Holman shall start the first project in Dangjin, Korea early in coming December. As per the project schedule prearranged, the conceptual design for the project will follow the prior works such as feasibility study, analysis of input materials and adequate pre-engineering by Dutch experts and our staff in December.
